THE SILVER MOJITO
Ingredients:
• 2oz Mount Gay Silver
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1tsp granulated sugar
• Handful of small mint leaves
• Fresh crushed ice
• Soda Water
Muddle lime juice, sugar and mint, add ice and Mount Gay Silver, top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
